1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and alpah66 ("alpah66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://alpah66.net ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available on the alpah66 Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, 4D lottery, and e-sports betting.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of the alpah66 service, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by alpah66's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Use of the alpah66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. alpah66 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited absolutely. alpah66 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age, and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of online gaming services is not prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from using gambling services.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion arrangement, or any other exclusion from gambling services — whether imposed by alpah66 or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the alpah66 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

alpah66 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of alpah66's compliance team, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the alpah66 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is true and correct and agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alpah66 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. alpah66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify alpah66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

alpah66 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct know-your-customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage — including but not limited to at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time alpah66 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of funds pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

alpah66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods published on the Platform, which include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits published in the cashier section of your account dashboard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. alpah66 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. alpah66 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are published in the Platform FAQ. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for fraud, money-laundering, or bonus abuse prior to processing.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the alpah66 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). alpah66 does not accept, hold, or transact in virtual currencies, cryptocurrency, or any currency other than MYR except where expressly stated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

alpah66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall govern the relevant promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at alpah66's discretion and may be subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• alpah66 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to system errors, abuse, or regulatory requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless expressly stated otherwise. Systematic exploitation of promotions, including through multiple accounts, is prohibited.
• alpah66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has obtained a promotion in breach of these Terms or the relevant promotional terms.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the alpah66 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as determined by the relevant game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, SA Gaming, and other certified providers). alpah66 does not determine the rules of individual games — these are set and certified by the respective providers and can be viewed within each game's help section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a gaming session, alpah66's malfunction void policy applies: in cases where the outcome of a round cannot be determined or verified as fair, the round may be voided and stakes returned at alpah66's discretion. This policy applies to all game types including live casino, slots, and RNG-based games. alpah66 shall not be liable for losses attributed to network failures on the Player's side.

7. Responsible Gaming

alpah66 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. alpah66 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and automatic session limits
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent)

Responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits or removal of restrictions are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect. alpah66 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. alpah66 employs age verification at registration and reserves the right to conduct further verification at any time. Any Player who believes they may be experiencing gambling-related harm is encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and seek support from appropriate counselling services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpah66 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or to place bets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in Platform software to obtain financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to any self-exclusion, exclusion order, or where access would be contrary to applicable law.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform in connection with any other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with alpah66.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the alpah66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of alpah66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the alpah66 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of alpah66.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpah66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if alpah66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

alpah66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits alpah66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Termination & Suspension

alpah66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where alpah66 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• The Player's account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Continued operation of the account would expose alpah66 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may request closure of your alpah66 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements and subject to completion of applicable KYC verification) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

alpah66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, alpah66 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under alpah66's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the alpah66 Platform shall first be submitted to alpah66's customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body as designated under alpah66's licence terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.
